We want you to shop with confidence at Gadget LB. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for defective or incorrectly delivered items.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and the invoice included.
- Opened items that function as described are eligible for exchange or store credit only, not a cash refund.
Warranty
- Products carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 12 months unless stated otherwise on the product page), covering hardware defects after the return window.
- To make a warranty claim, contact us via WhatsApp with your invoice and a description of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Earbuds and headphones with broken hygiene seals
- Software, digital products, and gift cards
- Items damaged by misuse, liquid, or unauthorized repair
Refunds
When a refund applies, it is issued the same way you paid — cash for cash-on-delivery orders, card reversal for card payments — within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
