  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, or discoloration.

  • Damage caused by electrical faults, power surges, lightning, or other external power-related issues.

  • Products with missing, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.

  • Software issues, including operating system errors, viruses, data loss, or software configuration problems.

Warranty Claims

To request warranty service, customers must provide valid proof of purchase along with a description of the issue. Gadget LB may inspect the product to verify that the problem is covered under the warranty before approving a repair or replacement.

Limitation of Liability

The remedies provided under this warranty are limited solely to the repair or replacement of the product. Gadget LB shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, or any other damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
