A Copilot+ Ultraportable That Doesn't Skimp on Storage

The Aspire 14 AI is Acer's take on the thin-and-light Copilot+ PC, and this configuration pairs Intel's Core Ultra 7 256V with a full terabyte of PCIe 4.0 NVMe storage — an unusually generous drive for a machine at this weight and size. The processor is eight cores of Lunar Lake silicon running at 2.20GHz base, with an NPU rated up to 47 TOPS that clears the Copilot+ threshold and lets Windows run AI features locally instead of in the cloud.

Graphics come from Intel Arc 140V, the strongest integrated GPU Intel currently offers, rated up to 64 TOPS for AI workloads and capable enough for photo editing, video timelines and lighter gaming. Memory is 16GB of LPDDR5X soldered on board for bandwidth and power efficiency.

The 14-inch display uses Acer's ComfyView matte treatment over an IPS panel at 1920 x 1200 — the 16:10 ratio gives back vertical space for documents and code, and the anti-reflective finish makes it usable near windows and under office lighting. Connectivity is modern throughout: four USB ports in total, two of them USB4 at 40Gbps for docking and external displays, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A for existing peripherals, plus HDMI output. Wi-Fi 6E wireless, an Iron finish and Windows 11.
