Far Cry 6 sends players to Yara, a Caribbean-inspired island nation ruled by dictator Anton Castillo. As Dani Rojas, a local recruited into the guerrilla resistance, the fight for liberation spans dense jungles, coastal towns, and a sprawling capital city, all rendered with improved detail and performance on PS5.

Combat leans into improvisation, with a wide arsenal of standard weapons alongside handmade Supremo backpacks and rebel-built weapons for chaotic, personalized firefights. Vehicles, animal companions called Amigos, and a large open world encourage varied approaches to outposts and story missions alike.
