The Huawei eKit AP361 is a compact Wi-Fi 6 access point designed for shops, cafes, clinics, small offices and homes that need dependable wireless without a complicated setup. Dual 2x2 radios on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz deliver a combined device rate of 1.775 Gbps, and it comfortably serves around 80 connected users.
Built-in smart antennas focus signal where devices are, providing strong coverage with an optimal signal distance of about 20 metres. Low power use is a highlight: the AP draws a maximum of just 9.4W and runs from a standard 802.3af PoE switch or injector over one cable.
Its slim 180 mm round body mounts neatly on walls and ceilings, including gypsum board, T-rails and beams, and the access point can be set up and managed through Huawei's eKit app and cloud platform, with smart roaming as users move between access points.
