The Huawei eKit AP362E steps up Wi-Fi 6 performance for small and medium businesses, hotels, schools and retail stores. Its 5 GHz radio supports 160 MHz channels, pushing the combined device rate up to 2.975 Gbps (2.4 Gbps on 5 GHz plus 575 Mbps on 2.4 GHz), so large downloads, video calls and streaming stay smooth even when many devices are online.
Two 2x2 radios with built-in smart antennas provide an optimal signal distance of around 20 metres, and the access point is recommended for up to 100 simultaneous users. It uses just 9.4W at maximum and is powered over a single Ethernet cable by any 802.3af PoE source.
The round 180 mm design installs on walls or ceilings, and management is handled through Huawei's eKit app and cloud platform, with 802.11k/v smart roaming and 802.11r fast roaming for seamless movement across multiple access points.
