The Huawei eKit AP371 brings Wi-Fi 7 to offices, hotels, restaurants and retail spaces at an accessible level. Dual 2x2 radios on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, with 160 MHz channels on 5 GHz, deliver a device rate of up to 3.57 Gbps, while a 2.5GE uplink port ensures the wired connection keeps pace with the wireless speed.
The access point supports up to 256 users, with 150 recommended for the best experience, and built-in smart antennas give an optimal signal distance of around 18 metres. It can be powered by 802.3at/af PoE or a 12V DC adapter, drawing a maximum of 13.3W.
The slim 180 mm round housing mounts on walls and ceilings with a wide range of fixing options, and setup and monitoring are done through Huawei's eKit app and cloud management for a hassle-free small-business network.
