The Huawei eKitStor Xtreme 300S 3.84TB is the largest model in this enterprise SAS 3.0 SSD line-up, in the 2.5-inch (U.2) form factor with 3D TLC NAND. In dual-port mode it reaches 2,100 MB/s sequential reads, 1,800 MB/s writes and up to 400,000 random 4K read IOPS. It can consolidate databases, virtual machine stores and analytics data onto fast flash.

At 1 drive write per day over five years it is rated for about 7 PB of total writes, backed by a 2.5 million hour MTBF. Four-layer data protection (DIF, internal CRC, ECC and dynamic RAID), intelligent wear levelling and Huawei DiskBooster health prediction keep this high-capacity drive running reliably around the clock.
