The Huawei eKitStor Xtreme 300S 480GB is an enterprise SAS 3.0 SSD in the standard 2.5-inch (U.2) form factor, built on 3D TLC NAND for servers and storage arrays. It delivers up to 1,000 MB/s sequential reads and writes on a single port and around 160,000 random 4K read IOPS, which makes it a strong choice for OS and boot volumes, logs and caching tiers.

Dual-port support with automatic single/dual-port adaptation adds path redundancy in compatible enclosures. Reliability is rated at 2.5 million hours MTBF with 1 drive write per day over five years. Four layers of data protection (DIF, internal CRC, ECC and dynamic RAID) and Huawei DiskBooster health and lifespan prediction help keep your data safe.
