The Huawei eKitStor Xtreme 300S 960GB is an enterprise SAS 3.0 SSD in the standard 2.5-inch (U.2) form factor, built on 3D TLC NAND. On a single port it reaches 1,000 MB/s sequential reads and writes with 200,000 random 4K read IOPS, and in dual-port mode it scales to 1,600 MB/s reads and 360,000 read IOPS. That makes it well suited to databases, virtualisation hosts and VDI.

Automatic single/dual-port adaptation adds path redundancy in compatible storage, and the drive is rated for 1 drive write per day over five years with a 2.5 million hour MTBF. Four-layer data protection (DIF, internal CRC, ECC and dynamic RAID) and Huawei DiskBooster lifespan prediction keep critical workloads safe.
