The Huawei Watch D3 builds a genuine inflatable airbag cuff into its strap, so it can take proper oscillometric blood pressure readings right from your wrist, the same measuring principle used by a traditional arm monitor. It's certified as a medical device under the EU's CE-MDR, and it can run a full 24-hour ambulatory monitoring plan that keeps checking your blood pressure through the day and while you sleep, then builds a report you can share with your doctor.

This generation is noticeably easier to live with. The body is just 11.3 mm thin, the strap is lighter, and the airbag is narrower, making it around 9% lighter and 15% thinner than the Watch D2. Up front, a 1.92-inch AMOLED display reaches up to 3000 nits, so readings stay clear even in bright sunlight.

Beyond blood pressure, the D3 covers your whole day: an on-wrist ECG, pulse-wave arrhythmia alerts, sleep analysis with TruSleep 5.0, HRV and emotional wellbeing tracking, 100+ workout modes, Bluetooth calling, and NFC. It works with both Android and iPhone and lasts up to 6 days on a charge in typical use.
