The D Max is what the D-series looks like when the supporting hardware is upgraded to match the motor. A 2000W drive and 48V 15Ah lithium pack deliver a supplier-rated 75 km/h and 40-45 km of range, but the more meaningful upgrade is underneath: dual hydraulic disc brakes rather than mechanical ones, which give far more consistent stopping force with less lever effort as the discs heat up.
Front and rear suspension work with 10-inch tubeless tyres to keep the ride settled. Tubeless matters on a scooter this quick — a puncture deflates gradually rather than instantly, which is a meaningful safety difference at speed. The aluminium alloy frame keeps weight sensible while carrying riders up to 150 kg, and it folds for storage.
Charging takes six to eight hours from flat, so an overnight top-up covers a full day of riding. Choose from Orange, Blue or Black depending on how much you want to be noticed — though on a scooter running at these speeds, being seen is a feature rather than a preference.
