The D1 Seat is the version of Kugoo's D1 that comes with a removable saddle, and that single addition changes what the scooter is for. Standing is fine for a ten-minute hop; sitting is what makes a 30-minute ride across town genuinely comfortable. Pull the seat off and you have a conventional stand-up scooter again, so one machine covers both use cases.
Power comes from a 2000W motor fed by a 48V 13Ah battery, a combination the supplier rates at up to 75 km/h with roughly 35 km of range per charge. That puts it firmly in performance territory rather than the gentle commuter class, so it wants an experienced rider and a proper helmet rather than a casual first-timer.
