NVIDIA DGX Spark brings data-centre AI hardware down to a compact desktop box. At its heart is the NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip, pairing a 20-core Arm CPU (10 Cortex-X925 + 10 Cortex-A725 cores) with a Blackwell GPU and fifth-generation Tensor Cores for up to 1 petaFLOP of FP4 AI compute.
A huge 128GB pool of LPDDR5x memory is shared coherently between CPU and GPU, so you can prototype, fine-tune and run inference on large models locally – up to roughly 200 billion parameters on one unit, or about 405 billion when two Spark systems are linked over the built-in ConnectX-7 networking. A 4TB NVMe SSD keeps datasets and checkpoints close at hand.
It ships with NVIDIA DGX OS, based on Ubuntu Linux 24.04, preloaded with the NVIDIA AI software stack, so developers, researchers and data scientists can start working right away and later move the same workloads to DGX Cloud or data-centre systems. Connectivity includes 10GbE, ConnectX-7 high-speed networking, Wi-Fi 7, four USB Type-C ports and HDMI 2.1a.
