Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold7 pushes foldable phone design forward, combining a durable build, dual high-refresh displays, and a flagship camera setup into one device.
Design and build
The frame uses Samsung's Advanced Armor Aluminum together with Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 for added durability. Closed, the phone measures 8.9 mm thick (4.2 mm unfolded) and weighs 215 g, making it the slimmest and lightest Z Fold released so far.
Displays
A 6.5" FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X cover screen (2520 x 1080, 422 ppi, 120Hz adaptive) pairs with an 8.0" QXGA+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X main screen (2184 x 1968, 368 ppi, 120Hz adaptive).
Performance
Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset with 12GB RAM (16GB on the 1TB configuration). Ships with Samsung's Galaxy AI tools, including the Now Brief assistant for summaries and workflow suggestions.
Battery
A 4,400 mAh battery supports 25W wired and 15W wireless charging.

Rear: 200MP wide, 12MP ultra-wide, 10MP telephoto (3x optical). Front (under-display): 10MP. Cover screen camera: 10MP.
Software
Launches on One UI 8 / Android 16, with Samsung committing to seven years of OS and security updates (through July 2032). Note: the Z Fold7 does not support the S Pen.
