Dolby Audio decoding and DTS Virtual:X processing widen the soundstage well beyond the physical bar, simulating height and surround effects from compatible content without needing up-firing drivers. Adaptive Sound Lite reads what you're watching and rebalances on the fly, so a news broadcast, a football match and an action film each get sensible treatment rather than one flat profile. Voice Enhance lifts dialogue out from under a busy score, Bass Boost digs deeper when you want it, and Night Mode compresses the low end so late viewing doesn't travel through the house.

Setup is deliberately simple. A single HDMI ARC cable carries audio from a compatible TV and enables CEC, so your existing Samsung TV remote handles power, volume and sound modes through One Remote Control. There's also an optical input, Bluetooth 4.2 for wireless TV or phone playback, and USB music playback for local files. Game Mode applies cross-talk cancellation to sharpen positional audio for console play, and if you want full surround later, the bar accepts Samsung's SWA-9250S wireless rear speaker kit.
