The ViewSonic SP3 brings 4,800 ANSI lumens to classrooms, offices and meeting rooms, giving a clear, well-lit picture even when the room lights stay on. Its 0.55" SVGA DLP chip projects at a native 800x600 resolution, which suits slide decks, lesson material and everyday presentations, while a 22,000:1 contrast ratio keeps text defined and backgrounds deep. ViewSonic's SuperColor technology works with 1.07 billion colours to keep images vivid and realistic.

Getting the picture right takes seconds. A 1.1x optical zoom and ±40° vertical keystone correction make it easy to square the image without repositioning the unit, and it projects from 30" up to 300", with a 100" image at about 4 metres. Five colour modes (Brightest, Presentation, Standard, Photo and Movie) adapt the output to the content, and the HDMI port also supports 3D Blu-ray playback.

The 190W lamp lasts up to 15,000 hours in SuperEco mode, keeping maintenance and running costs down. Auto power-off, a sleep timer and presentation and blank-screen timers add convenience for daily use. Connectivity covers HDMI, two VGA inputs, composite video and audio in, with VGA monitor out, audio out and a 2W built-in speaker.
