The Xiaomi Toaster is built around 35mm-wide dual slots, wide enough to handle bagels and thick artisan bread slices that get stuck or toast unevenly in narrower toasters. Heating elements on both sides work together to brown bread evenly without needing to flip slices halfway through, and six adjustable browning levels give control over everything from a light golden finish to a deeply crisp crunch.

Speed is a strong point here too: on the lightest setting, a slice can be ready in as little as 70 seconds, useful on busy mornings when every minute counts. A dedicated Defrost function is calibrated specifically for frozen bread, so slices straight from the freezer toast evenly rather than coming out browned on the outside and cold in the middle, and a Reheat function warms toast back up without over-browning it further.

A foldable toast rack sits on top and turns the toaster into a mini warming oven for croissants, pastries, or bread rolls, expanding what it can handle beyond sliced bread alone. A high-lift lever raises smaller items further out of the slot for safer, easier removal, and a slide-out crumb tray makes routine cleaning quick rather than requiring the toaster to be turned upside down and shaken out.
